Your Key Responsibilities
- Works with sales representatives and marketing teams to identify improvements to existing products.
- Develops and executes strategies for communicating product-related updates to sales representatives.
- Provides rapid support by answering and/or resolving customer questions and/or problems.
- Supports key product evaluations, presentations or installations as directed by local manager.
- Localizes marketing support material or creates market-specific assets.
- Supports in-person customer experience of our products through coverage of exhibits, trade shows and educational labs.
- May provide input in the new product development process and collect Voice of the Customer (VOC) feedback on new product concepts.
- Facilitates marketing or sales training.
- Works closely with customer service and distribution teams to understand production capacity, build schedules, and stocking schedules for assigned products.
- Coordinates with operations and sales representatives to effectively allocate products to customers in times of short supply.
- Coordinates the logistics and fully supports all divisional meetings (meeting rooms booking, technical service, hotel bookings, general logistics, etc
