Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have as a minimum, a completed university degree in Science or other related. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and good command of English is required. You must have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years experience in sales, with previous experience as a Field Sales Manager and experience in people management. Knowledge of sales techniques and of the dynamics of the pharmaceutical market and preparation and evaluation of scenarios; Computer skills (Excel, Word, and Power Point).
Important skills to work in this position are Analytical skills and strategic vision, Great communication (verbal and written), Good organizational skills, interpersonal relation and teamwork, ability to lead, develop and coach a diverse team.
The applicant should reside in South Africa.
