I started my career in 2006 as Business Officer with Bayer Pharmaceuticals at Lucknow HQ in Metabolic division promoting Glucobay
After my MBA I joined Morepen Laboratories in 2009 as Product Executive as the 1st joinee in PMT. In 3 years period handled products like DOM-DT, Saltum (India’s leading sulbactam tablet) and many general products. I was reporting to my General Manager – Mr. P .K. Mehta and later to Vice President – Mr. Shiv Bhasin; also promoted as Product Manager. Over 3 years we were able to increase our division turnover from INR 5 Cr TO INR 21 Cr

In 2012 I joined Kusum Healthcare, an Indian MNC which is India’s no 1 Company in Ukraine and many CIS Countries. I was reporting to Vice Present – Mr. Vipin Kohli, Sr Vice President – Mr. Amit Jani and our Consultant – Legendary Mr P M Sapre who made Lupin what it is today. I was responsible for PMT for launching this company in India. Over 3 years we launched UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, MP, Chhattisgarh & Rajasthan. Handling products of General Category, Gyane, Ortho, Nutritional Supplements. Expanded the PMT team from 1 to 4 people

2012-2014 I Worked as Freelancer PMT professional. As a family, we were undergoing some changes and hence decided to work as Free Lancer. I worked for the following as Free Lancer : HBC Life Sciences – Launched Rotuvastation , Gynae and Infertility products and conduct product training for the field staff Bhargava Phytolab – AFRICA launch plan And many small firms based at Chandigarh , Kanpur , Ranchi & Dehradun

In 2015, HBC Life Sciences based at Ahmedabad offered me full time role as GPM We launched : New Molecules in Cardio , Diabetes and Gynae specialty with success

In 2018 I changed my field and entered into Homoeopathy and joined Bhargava Phytolab Pvt Ltd as Marketing Manager . My primary role and responsibility was to develop a marketing team which handles brands and inducts new marketing concept in the dealer driven industry. Since then we now have a 6 people strong marketing team with 5 PMT People, 1 Homoeopathic dr and 1 designer who are handling their brands effectively and rolling out some amazing concepts that are being very much appreciated by the doctors and helping sales team in achieving and over shooting their targets The reason for our success is that we follow basic marketing practical learnings and implement the same .
